CORPORATE / COMMERCIAL Photography

My experience with Corporate and Commercial photography in Evansville, Indiana has been that the jobs range widely depending on the needs of the client.

Art directors typically make contact because they need specific photos made in a specific way. Perhaps they have similar shots at other locations for which they’d like to match a look.

Sometimes a company has a clear idea of what it needs – maybe specific photos of key elements of their business, product, or service. Sometimes these are photos for their website, social media, public relations, or printed materials.

Another commonly requested service is corporate head shots. If you can provide a place for us to do a little lighting, we can arrange to create capture your head shots at your place of business so you can minimize the disruption and loss of productivity.

We can also travel anywhere to photograph whatever you may need, from construction progress, all manner of product installation, your people or products in action – day or night. Your company needs what it needs when it needs it. Sunrise. Sunset. High above the ground or even below it – we’re happy to give you an honest assessment of our abilities and how we’d approach the project.

PORTRAITS / HEAD SHOTS Photography

People in southwestern Indiana want portraits for a variety of purposes. We understand and create your portrait based on the styling, lighting, location, and editing that you desire.

This includes:

• Corporate head shots

• On-Site portraits with an editorial feel

• Character portraits that tell something of your life, interests, hobbies, journey – or anything that makes you unique

• Composites – sometimes I call this ‘selling a fiction’ – everyone can tell it’s not real, but that’s the point of it. These types of photos often tell a story, be it a simple honest story or a more complex one with lots of parts.

Just remember when considering a portrait — there are no rules.

COMPOSITES / MISCELLANEOUS Photography

Sometimes reality just isn’t good enough. In these cases, it’s necessary to become creative and find another way to convey the intent of an image.

These kinds of photos require more preparation, equipment, and post processing in Photoshop. But more than that, they require some collaboration time.

I have no way to know what you have in mind if we can’t explore ideas together. These are the most difficult, but most rewarding types of projects. Just when I start to think I might have done something creative, I discover that the real creativity – the most brilliant of ideas – come from you the client.

My clients ( in the Evansville, Indiana area and the art directors who contact me from other states on behalf of ‘their‘ clients ) almost always have incredibly creative ideas that truly make an impact on their businesses.

I enjoy the creative collaboration and being part of a process where everyone’s pulling in the same direction. The ideas are fun, and so are the technical challenges that make the shot a reality.
